I'm not your typical trainer

And I'm not trying to be...

I didn’t always feel confident in fitness.

As a new mom, I found myself over 250 pounds, exhausted, and feeling like I had tried everything with no real, lasting results. I knew I wanted to feel better for myself and for my family, but I didn’t know how to get there in a way that was sustainable.

Everything changed when I was finally introduced to a different approach, one that focused on learning how to move with purpose, build strength, and create a healthy relationship with food instead of chasing quick fixes.

Over the last 8 years, that shift has completely transformed my life.

I’ve lost over 80 pounds, run my first 10K, and completed a full 140.6 Ironman distance triathlon. Along the way, I’ve committed to continuing my education and growth, not just for myself, but for every person I work with.

I am a certified personal trainer, strength coach, run coach, Yoga 200 instructor, and Pilates instructor. I am also certified in CPR, AED, and emergency first aid. In addition to coaching, I work as a middle school track and cross country coach, and I continue to expand my knowledge to better serve my clients.

 

But more than anything, I understand what it feels like to start!

I’m a mom, a teacher, a wife, and I’ve balanced life working as a bartender and waitress. I know what it’s like to be busy, overwhelmed, and trying to figure out how to take care of yourself in the middle of everything else.

That’s why my approach is built on more than just workouts.

It’s about helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency in a way that actually fits your life.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me working out, reading, or spending time with my family, because at the end of the day, that’s what all of this is for.

Our classes are designed not only to improve physical health but also to encourage personal growth through overcoming challenges.
